Trying to Breathe Before the Water is Gone / video and sound exploration of our perilous relationship to Earth as it is, and as we distort it. Wasteful imagery of water intermingles with hypnotic plant kaleidescopes. Original music, field recordings, choreography, digital Art, animation, and video all by the artist. This work premiered In August 2022 as part of the Aural VIsions group show curated by Laura Craft at Nha Mingh Brooklyn. Projected with sound onto a wall in it’s own isolated hallway, and then silently onto the live music performers at the opening event using a portable projector.
